Refund policy

This policy explains when Pet Portrait AI returns credits or money.

Failed generations

Credits come back automatically only when no portrait could be produced, for example when the model failed or refused. Once a portrait is delivered, its credits are used even if you dislike the style; a clearly broken result can be refunded by email.

Unused credits

Unused credits from a pack can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, minus payment fees, provided no credits from that pack were used.
